Description

Here's a birthday gift for ~David31! I wasn't really sure about what I could draw for him, so I drew this character following the style of The Raccoons. This was mainly inspired by how ~CartoonLover16 had drawn him, and ~KrDoz also provided a bit of inspiration too.
